Successful tender bid
New masterplanning developed the masterplan that helped St Modwen secure the winning bid to help redevelop the former MOD Ashchurch Site. Located in Gloucestershire, near the market town of Tewkesbury the site offers the opportunity to deliver 1,850 – 1900 homes, over 900 jobs, a primary school, local shops and community facilities along with 17ha of playing fields, open space and green infrastructure.
