Asset review in the West Midlands for Combined Authority
NEW masterplanning are working with Avison Young to assess and review the development potential of land and property assets for the West Midlands Combined Authority. NEW considered over 50 assets throughout a number of cities and towns across the region, with preliminary appraisals focusing on creating new development opportunities and identifying key masterplanning considerations. NEW have subsequently been appointed with Avison Young to progress concept designs for an opportunity site in Walsall.
