NEW masterplanning appointed by Homes England
NEW masterplanning has been appointed by Homes England as part of a multi-disciplinary team led by BDP to prepare a masterplan for the former Kleeneze site on Anstey’s Road, Hanham, South Gloucestershire. This brownfield site is a unique regeneration opportunity to south of Hanham High Street, presenting the opportunity to provide new homes and other uses alongside improved pedestrian and cycle connections. We are working with the team to prepare masterplan options and will shortly be engaging with the local community to develop the ideas and proposals ahead of a planning application being submitted.
