Derritt Lane - New Forest
NEW masterplanning have been appointed by Wyatt Homes to prepared proposals for land south of Derritt Lane, Bransgore to meet planning policy objectives set by the New Forest District Local Plan.
The land is allocated as a Strategic Site (SS12) in the Local Plan to provide a new residential neighbourhood, delivering housing to meet local needs and publicly accessible green space.
The proposals will complement the recent development opposite at Heatherstone Grange, to create a logical extension to the village and new neighbourhood shaped by the site and rural surroundings. An online public consultation event has just been held, with a detailed planning application to be submitted later this year.
