NEW masterplanning

New masterplanning worked on behalf of the Ashfield Estate and a consortium of bespoke house builders to produce a masterplan and outline planning application for a sustainable urban extension to North Baddesley in Hampshire. The application was submitted in early 2016 and granted approval by planning committee.

Delivering upto 300 new homes our concept developed a masterplan which was inspired by the site and its landscape features, retained the rural character of adjacent lanes, provided rural employment opportunities, provided a central green at the heart and ensured good connections to both existing communities and the countryside.

NEW masterplanning have been retained by the consortium and are currently working to deliver detailed public realm, play and planting designs which will provide cohesion across the development and deliver green streets, accessible public realm and a variety of green spaces for use by the existing and proposed community including allotments and woodland play.
