NEW Masterplanning has recently undertaken a two day community engagement event to assist with the preparation of a planning application for Wyatt Homes on the urban edge of Poole.
The proposals include the provision of a Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space (SANGS) to reduce pressure on the heathland. It also required a visual and landscape appraisal and the design of an attractive landscaped bund along the A35 boundary.
